Terms & Conditions – Reseller Internal License Offer
Sales of any new business ShareGate license (Essentials, PRO, Enterprise) between October 1st, 2024, to December 31st, 2024 are eligible towards the internal license promotion, based on the date Workleap receives the Customer Order Form. “New business” refers to a Customer with no active ShareGate Subscription in the 90-day period preceding their purchase. Internal use licenses will be fulfilled to eligible resellers at the end of the contest period. Eligible resellers must agree to applicable terms and conditions to benefit from the internal use license. If you have an active internal use license, your license subscription will instead be extended by 1 year. You may only claim one free internal use license during this promotion. Promotion ends on December 31st, 2024.
Terms & Conditions- Free Months Promotion
To be eligible, the Customer account must be new business purchasing ShareGate Migrate Pro or Enterprise subscriptions during the promotion period. “New business” refers to a Customer with no active ShareGate Subscription in the 90- day period preceding their purchase. The promotion starts on October 1st, 2024, and is not retroactive. The Order Form must be received by Workleap before the promotion ends at 11:59pm EST on December 31st, 2024. Free months will be delivered as an extension to the ShareGate Subscription purchased by the Customer. Payment is due upfront on the date of the order. Termination of your ShareGate Subscription shall cause you to lose the benefit of this promotion. All capitalized terms have the meaning assigned to them under the End User License, Maintenance and Support Agreement available at sharegate.com/term.
